Design build custom apartment renovation on a six-week schedule. Complete gut of entire apartment including kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms which was converted into a master suite with oversized closets. New kitchen island with granite countertop installed in dining room area. Existing wood floors patched, sanded and expertly refinished throughout. New AC unit with spiral ductwork and digital controls. Hallway closets built for storage and washer/dryer. All masonry in the apartment painted white to match the rest of the apartment. Custom two-tier deck in rear yard.
